Main responsibilities
- Ensuring the provision of accurate and compliant financial and tax reporting services to the company and external auditors on behalf of the legal entities in the region – verification of Annual Financial Statements, Corporate Tax returns, VAT and other tax declarations prepared by third parties or in some cases preparation of those.
- Coordinating timely and accurate statutory filing in the regions.
- Cooperation with the auditors, preparation of PBC list, providing the analysis of the balances and entity’s processes.
- Cooperation with external statutory & taxation advisors in order to complete the annual financials and CIT return.
- Processing of standard and ad hoc journal entries.
Person Specifications
- Experience in a similar position will be an asset.
- At least three years experience in finance/accounting/tax area.
- Very good command of written and spoken Russian & english language – essential.
- Strong taxation and financial reporting knowledge.
- Strong accounting knowledge.
- Ability to work under time pressure.
- Attention to detail.
- Very good Excel knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to interact with Finance and non-Finance staff at various levels.
- Ability to work in an intense, fast paced and multinational work environment.
- Team player.
