Main responsibilities
We are seeking for a Manager to take over our Lease accounting team.
The key goal is to continue forming and establishing processes within the group, build relations with External Reporting/Corporate Accounting/Facility Managers groups; secure the proper presentation of Leases per ASC 842 in External and internal finance reports on monthly, quarterly and annually basis.

- Managing and providing guidance and strategic direction to four HR Administrators based in Warsaw.
- Acting as the second check-point for data accuracy..
- Using Workday, ensure general HR monthly reports.
- Support the talent review process / succession planning co-ordination.
- Coordinate the performance management / appraisal programme.
- Liaise internally for on boarding set-up.
- Building of L&D framework – Associated administration.
- Build effective communication with the team and management.
- Coordination of L&D training needs analysis.
- Handling of L&D Invoices.
- Monthly L&D expenditure report to HRBP and L&DBP.
Person Specifications
- Strong experience in managing a team in HR Operations.
- Hands-on experience in managing complex employee life cycle process.
- Experience and ability to build & maintain professional relationship with senior stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, excellent communication & presenting skills.
- Results oriented, creative problem solving competencies.
- Ability to work across multiple cultures.
- Self-motivated, ability to work with limited direction.
- Reliable, trustworthy and respected.
- Confident, well organized, quick learner.
- Positive attitude, open-minded, good team working skills.
